A nurse named Collette treated my stingray wound over the course of 4-5 appointments. She treats her patients like children. She actually cares and made me feel safe.
Had a butane can break and burned my hand mostly fingers. It was a chemical burn (like frostbite because of the cold of the butane.) They pushed ketamine 24/7 even when I told them it wasn't helping in my pain relief. The failed to control my pain except during wound debridement and when changing bandages. I waited over 1.5 hrs with no response from nurse, charge nurse after pushing button even after falling in the restroom because the motion sensor didn't pick me up so I fell and had to break my fall with both my hands incl... read more

Top notch burn facility. Busy and takes a while to get in, but excellent
Nurse Nora and Dr.Smith were very attentive to me and my wound Dr. Smith gave me a chance to compose myself after being in pain from my wound! Nora walked with me to X-ray and was very considerate of my pain I give 5 stars and they both deserve it
