Not beneficial. Called to see a Dr can't get an appointment for an incision concern(but you're wound care) states they only assist with open wounds. It is an open wound.. no help what so ever. Hard to get through to them only to be not useful

The wait time after the arrival is absolutely a joke. An hour after the appointment time to see the doctor, he is 99% of the time on the rounds or attending surgery in another building. Don’t understand why they call the patients when he is not going to be present. Absolute nonsense and no value for patients time.
