Don't use valet The hospital is very nice. But do not use the valet service. They burnt the clutch out of our car, and ruined the safety feature on our 2006 Hyundai, and we didn't even get as little as an apology! $2000 in damage!! DO NOT USE THE VALET system. I wish I would've gone to another hospital!
what went wrong i visited this hospital many times in er and admitted i had been very pleased until march 2009 when i fell in the er from a injection the er Dr came yelling at me trying to discharge me jerking me out of the bed trying to send me home. i said no he just left me across the bed no call bell i yell to some to get the super for that area she came fixed me in the bed gave me a call bell left came back and i was admitted to the hospital. then to rehab hospital. i had to go again to the er and they refuse to treat m... read more
Best Hospital in Texas All three of our stays at this hospital were great. We stayed in the new heart and vascular wing all three times. Every single person that attended to my 16 year old daughter (from the operating room, recovery,on her floor, radiology, admissions, emergency room when we were flown in) were so attentive and caring. Great Hospital! This is a hospital located near my house, but I have been to other hospitals and I think S.E. Memorial is much better. The doctors, nurses, and physicians treat their patients with concern and patience. I had to be admitted at 4:00am after a car accident and they were very understanding and calming. This is in relation to the emergency unit but the doctor that saw me, which name I forget, was very polite. Great hospital!!!
They Took Good Care of Me I have unfortunately experianced more of thei hospital than I would choose to, but they took very good care of me. An illness several months ago caused me to visit their emergency room and eventually be admitted to their Intensive Care Unit. The staff and doctors were courteous and did their best to keep us informed of what was going on. My wait in the emergency room ws incredibly long, particularly when they were trying to find a bed for admission, but unfortunately, I think that is pretty common. ... read more
Good Job I thought this hospital did a wonderful job when my friend was admitted after being in a car accident. He had surgery done on his leg, and was treated with care in a room for about a week. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to get the attention of the nurses when it was past 10:00 PM. They would be either not available or nowhere to be found. However, his surgery was successful.
love this hospital this is the cleanest hospital i have seen in awhile.the nurses were very helpful and professional. My daughter went in thru the emergency room and it was very quick. they had her in a room in less than 4 hours with a diagnosis and had her antibiotics. i would not hesitate to go back to this hospital it was great.
Very unprofessional Being new to the area, my Health Insurance Company steered me to this health provider. I have never been to such a unprofessional doctors office. The lobby was packed. The receptionist did not speak clear english. The doctor was clearly over booked. I waited several hours. When finally called back ,I was met by a doctor who looked homeless. Really nice hospital. This hospital has been here for years and it is constantly being upgraded and modernized. The staff that we have dealt with were all amazing, the doctors are great. My husband received excellent care here and my one trip here was to the emergency room, a visit which went very smoothly. Their radiology department is very good and a great place to have your mammograms done. The staff in radiology is nice and helpful and does their best to make this procedure as comfortable as possible.
