STAY AWAY!! I would not recommend this hospital. I went there for an infection in my mouth which included terrible pain on the left side of my head and down into my jaw and neck. I was greeted by being told to go around the corner to triage and sit down. During my 20 minute wait in triage, my observation of the nurses interaction with other patients was that they were quite rude. When I was finally seen in triage I was told to sit in the waiting room and I would be called. I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes prior to being calle... read more

Patient I came to the hospital with chest pains. They took me in and took my vitals, blood work, and xrays; then brought me to an observation area where I was hooked up to a monitor. After about an hour the doctor came in and told me that I had to be admitted over night. Then she left without saying anything more. After waiting there for 4 hours and women came in and said that my co-pay was $1,100.00!!!..."Sir? How would you like to pay for that? Cash, credit, or check?" I said what? I'm on medicare disability! I don't have ... read more

Phenominal Emergency Room I recently had a stroke andwas taken to Memorial Hermann Katy. The Emergency Room staff were awesome. I feel like they not only saved my life but truly cared about me and my family. The doctors and nurses were friendly and informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Katy.

reliable help My daughter has been in this Hospital eight times in the past two and half years with severe GI problems. The ER staff has always been very quick and loving. There might be two occasions where there was a problem, but was always very quick to be worked out. When you have severe GI problwms as a young adult. The last thing you want is to be in the Hospital. There are actually GI patients who aren't out to seek pain meds, but are really sick. We have come along a 7 year path with this illness and really feel this... read more
