I've had 2 total hip replacements done here. The 2nd during covid. I absolutely recommend this place. The people here, all of the people here are awesome.

My SO woke up with 105.4 fever this morning. I dropped him and his mother off at the ER. Then parked and went in. I am sorry to say that the front desk was treating them like they didn't belong there. Sneers and eye rolls and not asking if he had an ID, but looking at me and saying, "He doesn't have an ID, right?" Of course he does. Just because he is brown they assumed him to be illegal. The ER doctor told him he wasn't sure why he came to the hospital....it was just a fever. They x rated his chest and told him he was fine.... read more

I was in the ER from Saturday until Sunday and I have to admit Head Nurse Jane has an amazing staff. I met several wonderful nurses and techs. I was well taken care of I am grateful for Nurse Mo no, tech Latonya. Hats off to the awesome staff. They were amazing and worked well under pressure. Joel and his PT team are awesome I am well pleased Thank you Memorial Hermann Kingwood.

Horrible place. Took my mother's bank account and drained it threatening to cancel her wound surgery if she did not pay. My mother has insurance and pays her bills. She has been in this hospital three times and always pays her bills. Disgusting thug like tactics.
