On the day of my colonoscopy they are asking money in front before the procedure. I called the insurance and they said it’s covered and they should billed to insurance. Procedure was done on july31,2024 Still waiting for my refund since the bill was paid by my insurance

I will never go back to this place - I froze from the second I got back in the surgical suite - the nurse gave me two warm blankets but the warmth wore off in just a few minutes. I was miserable. I was getting up to get dressed to walk out before my colonoscopy but the anesthesiologist walked in at that exact moment and I was wheeled back and had my procedure. I didn’t have a nurse call button to call the nurse for more blankets. Luckily after the procedure they used the Bear Heater on me and that helped. But I will never us... read more
