The doctor I saw for the Surgery, Dr. mays, did a fantastic job. Everyone there, the staff and the surgical team, and even the anesthesiologist were phenomenal! I was really nervous due to this being my first ever knee surgery, and I do have a fear of needles, but they distracted me and were very sweet the whole time. Highly recommend them!!!
My husband was here for his EGD/colonoscopy. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the excellent customer service. All of the nurses were phenomenal. Gina, and Ciara were amazing and put us at ease. Dr. Patel and Dr. Jafri were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this center.
I read the reviews prior and thought “it’s a surgical center, they’re all cold. How bad can it be?” Absurd. That’s how cold it is. You can’t think. And I am a woman who suffers from FREQUENT hot flashes and I could not take the polar bear environment at this center. Staff is great though. Especially since they must be impervious to frost.
On the day of my colonoscopy they are asking money in front before the procedure. I called the insurance and they said it’s covered and they should billed to insurance. Procedure was done on july31,2024 Still waiting for my refund since the bill was paid by my insurance
