The worst experience I’ve had at a Memorial Hermann. I chose this location because it was close to my house. I visited this location around 12p due to have constant major sharp pain on my left side stomach. Since I suffer from kidney stones, I told the clinical aid and PA on my initial diagnosis that I am in major pain since 8am. I SUFFERED IN MAJOR PAIN FOR 7 hours until I received pain medication. It's 1:36 they need a Life flight where is the Life flight why is not at this hospital the ambulance know that he was having a stroke with the left side right side not working why didn't they like fly him then they don't have doctors here so anybody need Life flight anybody have a stroke do not come here
This Emergency Room was absolutely disgusting and completely disorganized — and it had nothing to do with the construction. There was dried blood on the lamp above the bed, and patients were lined up in the hallway like something out of a movie in a rundown hospital. My dad was admitted but never given a real room, spending the whole night in the ER. They honestly should’ve just let him go home. Although there are patients in the emergency room, people are struggling for their lives, but the construction and especially the terrible noise continue, and the huge management of Memeriol turns a blind eye to this. It is a shame and disgrace.
