The whole team has been professional, friendly, and helpful, and Dianne, my hand therapist, has been excellent. Denise takes her time to explain each exercise, she focuses on the needs my mom needs as she progresses through her sessions. From post fall getting her strength back and then post surgery getting her neck mobility and independence back.
