Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a physical therapist. Robert L was rude and extremely unprofessional on my first appointment. I asked for assistance from my car which I believe triggered his attitude. He never introduced himself, the first words out of his mouth were “why can’t you walk already. ”I’ve never met anyone like him in the medical field.
