I had previously gone to this rehab clinic and was very happy with the service. After my latest injury, I tried to get in touch with this clinic and see if they still accepted my insurance so that I could make an appointment. After multiple phone calls banging into an unhelpful "automated assistant" with no way to talk to a live person, and messages left with no callbacks, I'm done. I refuse to continue trying to do business with an organization that makes it clear it doesn't actually want my money or patronage. Unfortunate.
The PT staff is great, very good service and professionalism. Front office folks at the place also great, very helpful but the bad experience comes with their payment systems and people in charge of handling the accounts. They have been trying to over charge me for months based on their flawed systems (which they just changed and was a mess) and also very bad billing.
