MY STAY AT THE HOSPITAL REQUIRED ME TO STAY ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND THE NURSES TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO EVERYONE THAT NEEDS CARE!!!!!!!! I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST....
When asked for the amount of copayment for the use of outpatient surgery center (Memorial Southwest) an amount was given as the patient copayment on June 30th with services rendered on July 1st. The hospital then presented Blue Cross and me charges 40% in excess of the stated amount. the explanation was that a system-wide price increase went into effect on the day of service. i went to this hospital becuase i had heard some good things about it. I had alot of pain in my flanks i had a fever and was trrowing up. well i have to say the nurses were completely unprofecional and i could hear about all of thier personal converstions about how they partied the night before. I was beyond pleased with all the attention and kindness that was recieveved day and night by the wonderfull nurses and na,s! I have recomended this hospital to all the people i know and will go to no other hospital but this one from now on!!! i want to thank all the staff that was there on duty while i was there and i gave the clinical/nurses manager names of the wonderfull nurses and nurse aids that i loved!!!
