Very professional, well managed, great doctors

Dr. Karim has been my doctor for more than 20 years. He is an excellent doctor.
Doctors are great! But this location is terrible with medical records in general I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for a prescription to be filled and I have called the pharmacy and my insurance and to find out this location hadn’t sent off my P.A. For 3 months. This is why I told my family I’d rather put my care in the hands of Houston Methodist at this rate. The sad part was I was promised that they’d reach out with an update in regards to this matter and 2 weeks later still not a peep from them
This location is horrible. I had a visit with Dr. Altaf Karim to establish care as a new patient. I paid my copay then he and I had a conversation. He told me to do some blood work and to schedule a follow up on October 29th. This past weekend I receive a bill for $198 when no blood work has beem done as of yet. Be very mindful of this location
