Came in to day surgery and right away I was well cared for by the nurses . My experience here went pretty smoothly, Nurses were informative with any questions I had , kind and professional. Made me feel comfortable during a though time .
My father entered this hospital for a routine knee surgery. He never came home. After surgery, he developed obvious signs of infection — yellow drainage and severe blistering at the surgical site. We raised concerns and were told it was likely compression from bandaging. It was never clearly communicated to us as a serious infection requiring urgent action. I had a great experience with my delivery on December 2025. Nurses are very sweet they take care of you and your family. They have lactation nurses in case you need them. I was impressed with the service and the food.
This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been at. I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance arrived around 3:30am and did not get a room until nearly midnight. Once I was given my room, the sheets and pillow reeked like urine. I felt so filthy. I asked to take a shower and they told me that I could take a shower in the morning once they had enough staff, which was understandable.
