This is my go to doctor. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jordan for the past 3 years. I love her but for the past few times I’ve tried to go in as a walk in because on their website it states they take “walk ins” they tell me I can’t be seen without an appointment. I’ve asked do y'all not take walk ins? They tell me yes but you need an appointment…so you don’t take walk ins. Please update your website!!!
Atención muy buena me han ayudado mucho El detalle es que o deben actualizar los horarios o cumplir lo que aquí publican,fui un domingo sin cita previa (supuestamente también proporcionan atención sin cita) y el edificio estaba cerrado. Y a la hora de hablar por teléfono para preguntar por alguna cita no contestan o automáticamente pasa la contestadora es muy frustrante
If i could leave ZERO stars i would. care today to get seen, have been here before and last time they were helpful. Today? 3 cars in the parking lot and NOBODY opened the door. I was locked out. I desperately need to get seen over my leg. I gave a serious problem but not serious enough for the hospital or er. So i came again but after 30 minutes still nobody came to open. Even though they are open according to the hours. Horrible
