RecommendedMy daughter had received the best care ever here. She has been in and out of facilities for 2 years. This hospital has the best staff. Not only r they professional but loving at the same time. Kudos to MH.
The nurses tantrum was none-sense. You would think they were better trained to deal with costumers (because a non-profit still is a business) needs, but instead seems like the hospital allows putting their egos as a priority. It’s been a nightmare. Sadly I’ve been to many hospitals for different situations. Memorial Hermann is the worst. Not even in hospitals in third world countries we were treated this poorly.
They are very nice and treat very well
This is my preferred hospital in Houston. The staff is competent and caring. They acted swiftly to treat me and continue to give excellent care. The hospital is easily accessible. The facilities are all well maintained.

Great folks at Memorial Hermann checked me in for surgery yesterday!
Nice people and fast and we were able to come right in to the back and seen they took really good care of my son
staff are rude i was admitted from Sunday to Wednesday had surgery on Sunday and nurse winnie wouldnt come to my room when i repeatedly asked her for help to the bathroom i ended up peeing on myself and she left me in it for over 1 1/2 hrs
