If there was a negative star I would rate that but there’s not!!! Please don’t bring your baby , your kid or anyone to this hospital . They take FOREVERRRRRR TO SEE YOU!!! My daughter is 10 months and felt out the bed . I went in because she had a big oh bruise in her face & got here at 9:40 pm . Got get vitals done real quick and was told she would get seen once they had a room . Did registration at 11:30 and it was 2am and no one saw my baby !! Had to leave to another hospital!!!
I made a complaint about a NICU nurse at this hospital. She told me that she gets so frustrated when the babies won’t take their bottles that she wishes they ‘would just die’. They didn’t do anything but warn her about it, telling her ‘we havent received any complaints from your patients, so you’re off the hook’. HOW are BABIES suppose to complain?! Memorial Hermann and ACS physicians group run a racquet. $475 facility fee for walking into the place. $475 for having my blood pressure & temperature taken; nurse said it was "required" when I wanted to leave before being seen - which was an outright lie. To add insult to injury, I've been up-charged for services that did not occur; and I continue to get the run around. Don't be fooled, this is their mode of operation. MEMORIAL CITY MEMORIAL HERRMANN HOSPITAL IS GREAT. HOWEVER THEIR E/R IS ANYTHING BUT AND I JUST WISH THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS RATINGS AVAILABLE... Here's my most recent experience from last October... I had a fungal infection that became a staph infection and then became a SEVERE INFECTION.
