I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the care I received at Memorial Hermann Hospital. Upon arrival via EMS, I presented with symptoms of a swollen arm, warmth, swelling, and chest pain. Despite waiting in the ER for six hours, I was left unattended for an additional two hours after being called back to a room. If I can give them no stars I would the nurses complain about having to actually get up and work. Dr. Chan is my dr and she is doing a good job taking care of me but I was laying in my own urine for about 30 minutes and they think just because I have no feeling down in my pelvic region i wouldn't notice that they didn't wipe me that is the number one reason for skin break down
One very busy hospital. I visited a clinic there. Staff are amazing and the office was very nice!
Kinda concerned have extensive medical issues sent to ER by my surgeon for upcoming surgery , the individuals who check you in are kinda rude , Security station is too close (def feel violated HIPPA wise ) um emergency room isn’t that packed some said they’d been sitting for 5 hours 😳, I’ve been sitting for 25 mins took a bad fall and on blood thinners the nurse at the window didn’t give a darn , 😣 , now why did my surgeon recommend I come here I get he has privileges but I don’t want my insurance to spend all this money a... read more
