The worst. First they contaminated my Pap smear test and needed to do it over. Then I was prescribed a medication that completely ruined my life. Don’t trust them.
I’ve been coming to this office for a couple of years now. I’ve seen 3 different doctors and my experience has always been great. The front desk is always always so nice too. I’m usually called back within minutes of checking in. Having the ability to do lab work in the same building is also so convenient. Again, they’re always super fast at attending people. Scheduling/rescheduling online is also a breeze. I recommend this office!
Had a solid experience with my new PCP. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Staff were courteous and professional. Got a serious review on my health and some real attention as a patient from the Doctor. For me, everything was smooth from scheduling to checkout.
Took my wife here. Somehow they screwed up my wife’s info amd insuramce denied payment. The PA also sent the wrong info to Quest Diagnostics which resulted in denial of payment by the insurance. We fixed the issue with Quest Diagnostics and insurance paid. HM on the other hand, even with my insurance on a 3 way call with them could not fix the payment issue. After 6 months of back and forth we gave up and paid it ourselves. Only facility to screw up like this, never using them again. Too bad negative stars are not an option.
