It was my first time seeing Dr. Peddi and the attention and care was 10/10! Everyone was super kind and took care of my symptoms.
I wish that I could give this establishment 0 stars. Absolutely terrible experience as a first time patient. The medication I was prescribed required a pre-authorization form. The medical assistant told me to reach out to my insurance provider to help expedite the process, which I did. After the pre authorization was denied, I was informed by the insurance it was due to not having a response from the doctor. The prior authorization department is very bad. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks to get a medication that needs a prior authorization. No one has called me from the prior authorization department and left me any voicemails or the clinical staff letting me know what’s going on. I have called and sent messages to know the status of the prior authorization to the clinical staff and they tell me “ it’s waiting on prior authorization”. Excellent doctor Holzman
Dr. Pedi was amazing. He took his time to explain things to me and called me personally for my results and concerns I had. You can tell he cares for his patients. Doesn’t brush off any concerns and makes sure you have a follow up to make sure you’re okay. He’s new to the practice and I’m glad we got him as our dr. If you need bloodwork, X-rays, ultrasounds, ct scans you can get it all done in this facility which is a plus for me.
