I have been going to Memorial Hermann "Physicians at Sugar Creek" facility for my medical needs for last 6+ years. My Doctor Monica Kalra <3 (TR Sharp Award holder) My Nurse Elaine Raesner <3 (Top 150 Houston Nurse) What a team of Angels I am surrounded. Thanks for being there for many years. I was trying to make a appointment but the lady that picked up the phone was rude and had a attitude. This was going to be my first time at this location but with staff like that I wouldn’t want to receive care. She wanted to get the phone call over with and before I could say bye she hung up the phone. I also asked two questions to which she gave me half baked responses.
Basically a pill mill.
I Been coming here for 3 years and they gotten worse to worser, I’m moving my kids somewhere else. Not only do they hang up on you when you trying to schedule an appointment but now they don’t even try to help. Back then they were so helpful and kind on helping us but now they have an attitude and when things get to complicated for them they just wanna hang up on you or try to convince you to self pay even when I have my insurance ! In 2017, Physicians of Sugar Creek was a great establishment. I took my children there as well. Within the last two years, it had gone down. I just saw the doctor in February. I needed a refill, so I called their offices to make the request and was informed, I had to make an appointment for a refill. I am not sick or have any pending ailments, so why do I have to be seen?
