Terrible urology clinic service. This office needs an efficient management. I was scheduled for a nurse visit at 9 am and arrived 30 mins prior to appointment. I’ve waited until about 8:50 AM until receptionist acknowledged me but then told me appointment was canceled. There was no prior notice or phone call, no cancellation on mychart, or message in the app. Wasted my day and prep due to inefficiency.
