Terrible experience, was turned away for being 2 mins late and going to the wrong location initially. I was extremely sick reception and doctors need to understand they are working to help. Would NOT recommend, go to a doctors office that’s about patients health.
Got here at 7pm. Dislocated shoulder. Excruciating pain. By 8pm I got an X-ray & pain meds in the waiting room. It’s 1:33 a.m & I still haven’t been given results or been seen. I said they could pop it back in the hallway for all I care. Still waiting currently... pain meds wearing off. The nurses are arguing with me over more pain meds. My last ones were over 5 hours ago... still in the waiting room... asked for pain meds again an hour ago. No help. Screw this place
RecommendedAll in all we had an amazing, secure and over all comforting experience through our labor and delivery. The nurses are so patient, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this hospital if looking to expand your family. We now have our new baby girl Roux here safe and sound!
