I went to the ER due to extreme heart palpitations that felt like a heart attack, a nurse recommended me a cardiologist here and he was absolutely useless. He at first did his best to dismiss it as anxiety or eating habits (which is obviously not the cause, as it just randomly happened), he eventually did an echo which did assure it wasn’t heart related. UPDATE! I emailed the following address as advised and replied with my phone number. Guess what...in keeping with the poor customer service and false statements of assistance , I have not heard back from any one. It has been a month since I emailed the billing department, 1 week since I was promised a call back and now it is quiet from the "help" department. I am not surprised. Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Service!!! I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this cardiologist's office. Despite my clear request for a specific procedure to be scheduled, they failed to follow through and neglected to book the appointment. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for my medical needs is completely unacceptable.
