UPDATE! I emailed the following address as advised and replied with my phone number. Guess what...in keeping with the poor customer service and false statements of assistance , I have not heard back from any one. Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Service!!! I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this cardiologist's office. Despite my clear request for a specific procedure to be scheduled, they failed to follow through and neglected to book the appointment. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for my medical needs is completely unacceptable.
