Best medical care I've found in Houston. This staff has made my life better. Highly recommend. Be sure to download use the memorial herman app, it takes care of everything.
Service is horrible, they do not follow up your concerns, they put wrong codes for well check-up exams without prior notice or patient's consent. As a result you pay bills for services which are fully covered by your insurance.

Was a little hesitant based on the low reviews but got to say I was quite impressed with the staff and facility, showed up for my appointment and check-in was very easy, even for a new patient who didn't do much of the online stuff, then I got to go back right on schedule and the nurse immediately got all my basic info. Doctor came in just a few minutes later and was quick, but not rushed. Overall a good experience and I'll be happy to come back for any of my general medical needs.
