Very frustrating experience. The office is extremely unorganized. I have had my appointment canceled and rescheduled 3/4 times. Waited on the phone for an *hour* to speak with someone to reschedule. Just to arrive at my *rescheduled* appointment and no one seems to know the actual time I’m supposed to be seen. Due this issues with rescheduling I ended up waiting 3 months to be seen, and by time my visit occurred the issue had already been resolved. 0/10 would not recommend. I had the same poor experience as everyone else concerning long wait time for an appointment and negligent care. I waited almost two months to be seen for a visit only to be transferred to another doctor last minute after initial intake. They said the doctor couldn’t accomodate me and wasn’t equipped to have me as a patient. Very strange and off putting given that I have no serious health problems. I've never had trouble up until now, I got switched to an ob after the one I had departed ways from this place. They scheduled me with my new ob only to find out at my appointment by the cna that the ob I was transferred to was leaving for maternity leave that week she was in shock the check out ladies didn't notify me but she did tell me that I would need to find someone else that same day. The phlebotomist inside of suite 600 is the rudest lady I've ever encountered. I’m not sure how she still has her job. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! I would much rather get any bloodwork done in a quest outside of their office if it’s going to be her.
Unbelievable!!! Reading the review below me and now experiencing the same myself. I have waiting over 2 months to get in and told at the window my appointment will have to be rescheduled but couldn’t say when. I can not wait any longer as my situation is getting worse. Unprofessional!!!! And the staff gives zero f’s about it. I called and left three messages and not a call back. I’m driving from spring in the damn heat! Memorial Herman is the worst!!!!!
