Multiple times I have booked appointments in their scheduler, and confirmed them, then shown up only to find out that Dr. Isaac is not in office or is virtual only. This happened once last year, then again today, when I was told he does not work in office in the afternoon. I did not receive any communication that this appointment slot was unavailable, instead they allowed me to take off of work and drive half an hour up here, just to be told that he's not in and they'll have to change the appt to virtual and to do it from my... read more
