Get rid of the restrictions against parents. These restrictions bc of complaints is ridiculous! This organization should be temporarily shut down until the management and policy is changed. Thank you for bruising my arm . They took twice my blood because you have incompetent people working there . I'm pregnant with anemia . I asked for ice or something hot . The nurse never brought it to me .Thank you.
When a patient requests his or her medical records calling for four days at least five times each day and no one picks up in medical records but about a follow up call the patient has told all the doctor can request them and get these right away but if a patient requested it takes several days. This is a violation because the records belong to the patient not the doctor
The ER experience is super slow and to top it off I have called over 10 times to try and get my culture results and when they transfer me to medical records NOONE PICKS UP. And there’s no option to leave a voicemail; it just hangs up in your face. I call back to front desk and none of them know how to help me. At this point I’m frustrated... I just want my results faxed to my primary care physician.
Recommendedwouldn't change to another hospital. love how staff is quickly to attend to you. staff, nurses are really nice, friendly, and make you feel comfortable as much as possible! you're treated like family!

This is my hospital! All of my doctors are there GP, urologist, oncologist. I have never had a bad experience at Memorial Herman and the doctors and staff are first class!
