They called a few hours before and said staff would not be available the day of my appointment. Actually, this happened last year also at this location, and I had to reschedule due to a staffing issue.
Zero stars for this horrible place. The doctor ordered a CT scan (with or without contrast), and I was refused service because I didn’t arrive an hour early—a requirement that was never communicated during scheduling, reminders, or check-in instructions. this is my last time attempting anything at Memorial Hermann if I can help it. I'm going to Methodist.
I do not recommend this facility for imaging! It's taken me a while to write the review, but a costly error of the staff/insurance verifier at this location costed me an unnecessary nearly $1K for my yearly mammogram because the staff did not do his job properly. I showed up for my mammogram appointment some months ago following a well woman yearly exam that took place at UT Physicians.
