I was admitted for a week and I can’t think of a single thing negative. Everyone was amazing! The nurses were extremely attentive and went above and beyond for me. They constantly updated me on my condition. Best Care Anywhere!!!

I went to the Emergency Room with severe back and abdominal pain in November 2024. They did a CT scan and I was diagnosed with Kidney Stones. They administered morphine for the pain and after a couple of hours sent me home. They suggested Tylenol over the counter if the pain persisted. The next day I was feeling worse and called my PCP. My PCP was able to access Memorial Hermann lab results from the previous night and saw that my white blood cells were high and my kidney function was not good either. I reordered my CPAP supplies on 12/12/24. I was told that I needed a new prescription from my MD. I messaged my Dr and the office replied two days later that the script was sent.As of today, no delivery was made. 1/24/24. Called the office to determine why I did not receive any supplies. Put me on hold for awhile and then told me I needed a new script. I informed them one was already sent. No they couldn’t find one. This is not the first time this has happened. I did like Dr Humayun Mirza not anymore, when he have students he verbal abuse me about my weight. I have told him to stop doing that. November 18, 2024 he did it worse that before. He got in my face telling me I need to lose weight. I have lost 71 pounds on my own , he no that. I do not know why he do that my collusion is I am a black female. When he is alone with me he talk to me nice. I do not have heart disease, but my lung specialist ay I need to continue seeing a cardiology so I will be seeing somebody else. I will let... read more

While my Doctors have been decent. Currently with Dr.Gollapalli. My experiences with this office has been horrible. My medications don't get refilled. The pharmacy requests sit unanswered. I spent an hour and a half yesterday trying to speak with someone to understand why the refills haven't been sent back. I was told ok, let me check and call you back. NO CALL BACK, no refills. I give this hospital zero stars. My husband has been in here three times in six months and have done nothing. My husband went into the hospital 01/31/2024. They admitted him after six hours of waiting to see a doctor which we never saw. He just went back two weeks ago. He as blood clots in his leg and foot. Floor doctor was ready to release him to a skilled nursing facility. Said he didn't think my husband would make it through surgery. Vascular Surgeon states different. My son was brought to Memorial Herman Memorial City hospital due to food poisoning and was bleeding from the rear. He arrived with his wife at noon on June 7th. After being taken in we requested some information and were given none. I happen to be his father. I asked the receptionist to speak to a doctor or a nurse and was told that some would be out to speak with us in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I reminded her that no one has come to speak with us.
