Very poor service
Do not give out your credit card information over the phone. The scammer tried to fraud my credit card and forced me to give out my credit card information over the phone. Be aware. Only pay online and by a check.
Never received equipment and always get a different answer why no equipment. I have been trying since January to get capp machine.
I placed a CPAP supply order in November 2021. I followed up later ion the month as I received no supplies. I was told I needed doctor to fax a prescription because one they had expired. Doctor faxed 12/1. No supplies received. I followed up and was confirmed prescription received and order was being processed. Phone rep even confirmed supply order. Nothing. Who IS this company? They’re not listed on the Memorial Hermann website and the operator there doesn’t have their number and MH billing dept can’t find my record or bill from them. My online MH account doesn’t recognize them. I’ve never seen a bill, but my insurance sure has! I got a CPAP. Ok, no big deal, right? A CPAP with humidifier and all the accessories runs about $400 - $1000 (for the fancy model) at any local med supply.
