I usually am not one to give reviews. But this was per my PCP, the worst urgent care. I went in with a cough, they performed no tests and sent me home with a medication which did nothing for my cough. I religiously took the meds for the entire course with my cough getting worse. The audacity of the provider at this location to insist that I didn't have a bacterial issue. Now I am being asked to get lung scans etc because the care provided here was so rushed. Great service
I had a great experience at Memorial Hermann Urgent Care. The space was clean and comfortable, and everything moved quickly — I got my test results back in minutes. The practitioner was very pleasant, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my health, which made me feel cared for. The nurse was also really nice, friendly, and patient with me, especially since I was feeling anxious. Overall, I felt well supported and would definitely recommend this urgent care.
Staff was amazing and Doctor did an amazing job! Would highly recommend.
