We were treated compassionately by the entire staff on duty and taken care of with expertise at the Memorial Hermann Urgent Care in Willis!
Although the provider was nice, the medical assistant that swabbed my daughter was losing her patience and getting loud when my daughter started to cry. Apparently she didnt do the throat swab correctly because we had to follow up with her new pediatrician less than 36 hours later due to another spiked fever with other symptoms. They swabbed her and she was positive for strep. Some re-education with pediatrics would be nice for the assisting staff.
