RecommendedRange UC staffing, scheduling and telehealth practitioners have been fabulous while i'm ill today and they've even scheduled my follow-up. I know all practitioners are doing the best they can mid-pandemic, but my long time primary provider through Mission sent me to Mission's UC for chest x-rays when their x-ray machine was down (again) and i ended up at Range - so glad that I did. Range staff even texted after my appt to let me know that my meds were called in - why can't all health care look like this?
Never again. My son sustained a head injury at camp and this was our first visit to this Urgent Care (Avon). While my son was anxious and hurt and lying on the patient bed in the exam room, I was attempting to take a picture of his injury to share with my husband who was out of town and on the phone at the time (nothing else in picture). RecommendedEveryone was really friendly and welcoming over the phone & in person. You would forget that we were in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic based on my doctors bedside manner and warmth. Hopefully I'll be healthy for a while but if ever I'm in another situation, you all are my first choice!
