I wish I could rate this in the negatives! I had the worst experience here. Dr. Chang I believe is her name was the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. Her energy comes off cold and rude. She asked me why I came to the ER being I didn’t live in the area. She basically told me she couldn’t help me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She made many rude comments towards me where it got the the point I just got up and left in tears while getting my vitals checked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Lastnight I brought my son for a fever and vomiting. His fever was so high I couldn't not get a reading before leaving my home at 3am . My son woke crying...his ears were red, along with his cheeks ,sweating. I rushed him here to see what was going on with my 4 year old. I walked in and was greeted by a rude Receptionist with short black hair with in red scrubs and bright fuchsia eye shadow. She greeted me with a tone as if I didnt understand English. Thank you for your kindness, my wife was in pain and we are so glad for yoir help, experiance and knowledgeable staff, took care of us on a Sunday morning. They made the right assessment. My wife was transfered to surgery right away which saved my wife for the unthinkable. Thanks
The only reason there is 1 star is because otherwise you cannot give a review. It was like being in the the twilight zone. First off they never even gave me a wrist band showing all my allergies nor did they ask what allergies I had !!!! Before even seeing a nurse or medical assistant to have my bp taken. Here walks in this RUDE and when I say RUDE it was the worst I have ever seen.
