From ambulance to ER and then went through all the exams of MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and many tests, we got into ICU within 3 hours and received around the clock care. He improved quickly and all the nurses and helpers here are super sweet and patient. Their workload is crazy though to detail care each patient there. I’m thankful for their care during our stay there.
Horrible wait, my sister was there for 6 hours to have her arm looked at as she was in great pain. a ton of people came and left during the time she was there. She finally couldn't take the pain any longer, so she asked for a nurse to remove the IV from her arm and waited over an hour and no one came to take it out, so she took it out herself and left.
