Worst ER I have ever been to. Patients in the hallways for hours. Move us to a room and then back out to the hallway. I need to get ahold of a foster child's case worker and I'm not allowed to send a text message while standing next to the locker (not by the bed) because nothing is allowed by the patients' bedsides; however, a patient tech is using his phone closer than I am, but it's a safety issue for me (standing next to the locker away from the patient). I want to begin by saying that I appreciate the front desk staff for being professional and courteous during check-in. That part of my visit went smoothly, and I am grateful for their professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with the physician was very different. I came to the emergency department for an evaluation of head discomfort after I hit my head. From ambulance to ER and then went through all the exams of MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and many tests, we got into ICU within 3 hours and received around the clock care. He improved quickly and all the nurses and helpers here are super sweet and patient. Their workload is crazy though to detail care each patient there. I’m thankful for their care during our stay there.

Horrible wait, my sister was there for 6 hours to have her arm looked at as she was in great pain. a ton of people came and left during the time she was there. She finally couldn't take the pain any longer, so she asked for a nurse to remove the IV from her arm and waited over an hour and no one came to take it out, so she took it out herself and left.
