Dr Gregory Hall was Completely unprofessional, and no bedside manner. He has no business in the ER being with patients, telling a patient that they should not go into the ER for care is ridiculous and absurd.
Amazing staff, friendly, courteous and efficient. Was relatively quick and thorough!! Updating review based on 27 different bills I received for a 3 hour visit. They ranged from $4.10 to over $2,700. The medical and insurance system is broken and the consumers are taking the brunt’s of the disfunction.
Trust the one star reviews you see here. My friend came here and told me about her horrible experience. Judging from the others as well, the doctors in this place have a habit of ignoring your needs, causing you to panic and then try to pump you full of drugs afterward, all while being rude and entitled. Gregory Hall specifically has some of the worst attitude and comments I've ever heard. If you are a woman and or a person of color, please read this review!! If I could put 0 stars I would. My friend went here and was seen by Gregory Hall. Instead of being met with understanding and actual help, she was met with mockery of her condition, verbal assault, and the doctor threatening to sedate her when she displayed signs of (valid) panic at being verbally assaulted by a doctor. My visit was a first for Memorial Hermann. I won't return. I came in due to severe upper abdominal pain that radiated into my chest and back. Felt similar to gallbladder pain, but I don't have a gallbladder anymore. I had a stent placed into my biliary duct 2 weeks prior for narrowing. All of this was explained to the nurse and doctor. They ordered labs and a non-contrast CT. No ECG was done. This is when I should have known things weren't right.
