0 stars !! Took my son in completely out of it I told them I knew it was strep throat and they rejected doing that test. Did every other test but that one . I had to take him in later that night to a different ER to get tested comes back positive! They don’t listen to the patients concerns. My son could have received his treatment sooner but didn’t due them being rude and ugly .
Dishonest about imaging result times. I was promised my provider would have results in 1-2 business days. I called at 4 business days later to see what was the hold up, and was told that they needed another 2 business days (so we’re now triple the amount of time that was originally given to me), but I received no explanation as to why this is happening.
Dr Gregory Hall was Completely unprofessional, and no bedside manner. He has no business in the ER being with patients, telling a patient that they should not go into the ER for care is ridiculous and absurd.
Amazing staff, friendly, courteous and efficient. Was relatively quick and thorough!! Updating review based on 27 different bills I received for a 3 hour visit. They ranged from $4.10 to over $2,700. The medical and insurance system is broken and the consumers are taking the brunt’s of the disfunction.
Trust the one star reviews you see here. My friend came here and told me about her horrible experience. Judging from the others as well, the doctors in this place have a habit of ignoring your needs, causing you to panic and then try to pump you full of drugs afterward, all while being rude and entitled. Gregory Hall specifically has some of the worst attitude and comments I've ever heard.
