Came here twice today for an ultrasound and bloodwork. The staff members at the front I spoke with were all kind and helpful. Those that drew blood and performed the ultrasound were equally positive and a joy to be around. I’m glad I chose this place for my diagnostic exams!
I went to this 24-hour emergency care center for severe epigastric pain, shortness of breath, elevated blood pressure, tachycardia, and worsening symptoms. From the beginning, I explained that I had previously been cleared from a cardiac standpoint at Memorial ER several times and that this pain felt different and was progressing. I had my MRI done at Memorial Hermann Imaging Center at Convenient Care Center in Spring and had a really great experience. Everyone was so nice from check-in to the MRI techs, which immediately put me at ease. I was pretty nervous about going into the tunnel, but the techs were incredibly kind and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and really helped calm my nerves before and during the scan, which made a huge difference. The facility was clean, organized, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr Rushing was absolutely amazing ! From his personal interest , effectiveness , and true care for the pain my husband was in. We were in and out so quickly and absolutely love this facility.
I should have read the reviews before coming here I’ve been sick for about 2 weeks I go in here I don’t even believe the doctor properly introduced himself …they did ekg and X-rays on me, something is wrong with my upper back and I been having shortness of breathing also I was with 3 of my children all for the doctor to come in about 25-30 minutes after my imaging to say everything looks fine just take some ibuprofen when I know something is wrong with my back …so then I get my paperwork and it says I was “diagnosed “ with b... read more
