I’ve been here five different times for different things for my teenage kids over the last 3 years, all with Dr. Alba except for this last time with the new Dr. Dixon. Every time is the same story with different details. Terrible service from the receptionist and support staff and terrible bedside manner from Dr. Alba. My experience with the PCP office is amazing. Dr. Shafiq is the best PCP I have ever had. However today's experience was for a screening mammogram. The tech was nice, and helpful. It was the experience I had until I saw the tech that was worse than a 1 star. There is a women's only waiting room......but this is for ALL of imaging! The gown is only one size and is huge. My friend was seen here and they took very good care of her. She was severely dehydrated and had been vomitous and they fixed her right up.
