If I could I would not even give this place one star I had a dermal in my face and the lady suggested I go in the bathroom and rip it out of my face if I wanted the MRI that bad. I have gotten MRIs before I didn't understand what was so different about this one because the dermal in my face is not metal but they refused me and turned me away unless I wanted to rip the dermal out of my face.
The worse place ever to get imaging done aka ultrasound be there 30 minutes before your appointment to wait an hour to 2 hours and only one person doing it between the ER and outpatient there should be one for the ER, and 2 employees for the outpatient, I'm from West Virginia and it never takes this long, this is just out right uncalled for, I bet I never come back here again I'll check the ratings before I go and get another one done, my appointment was at 3pm I'm writing this review at 3:57pm and it's still going to be ano... read more
We asked if they accepted our insurance but was told by Derik that he was not allowed to tell us if they accepted our insurance. He couldn't give us a cost estimate either. We had to show him our ID 3 times. I would not go there again after dealing with Derik. The nurses and doctors were great however. I would appreciate a response from Memorial Hermann.
We’re looking into our legal options for this experience. I’ve come to this emergency room for every need for over four years. Tonight we came for a cyst/ abscess that ruptured and was infected and the front desk guy was an absolute racist. From the moment he saw us, he looked at us with repulse.
