My family gets labs done here. Wait times vary on day, but are usually on the longer side. The actual appointment is quick and very professional. We come back year after year.

Unless you want a bill for sitting in the waiting room, go elsewhere! I want to start by saying that the staff members I briefly interacted with were kind and professional. Unfortunately, the emergency room was busy and I was never actually treated. After waiting for some time, I was encouraged to seek care elsewhere, which I ultimately did. Strange place! Hard to believe that they are part of Memorial Herman hospital. Don’t go there. They wanted to run 3/4 hours of test for common cold!!
