Terrible terrible service at Sienna. Unless, you absolutely have to, I would not recommend this place. I can't speak to other Memorial Hermann locations. I am referring to my interaction with front desk (imaging) - impolite and rude. Though I would say the medical staff was great. No issues there at all. Just the lady at front desk in Imaging area that I dealt with. Hope they address the issue.
My family gets labs done here. Wait times vary on day, but are usually on the longer side. The actual appointment is quick and very professional. We come back year after year.
This place is horrible. It takes for ever to get you in and for everything.
Full service medical attention and facility. Excellent and efficient staff. Always clean.
