Not sure how legal this is but be warned! I was only notified about an existing debt (for little / no service rendered) AFTER it was sent to collections (insurance did not cover the full amount), no prior notice of debt by the ER office. Now they have sent this debt to collections to screw with my credit with no due regard to proper notification. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting
Ricardo and Brian were very warm, thorough in exam and explaining things to me. They will b my first stop when we get sick going forward. Easy to work with.
