Beyond the complete lack of organization of the billing system and representatives (which will be mentioned later in the review), the actual sleep study itself did not go well. My techs were kind but disorganized. I had to explain twice (to each tech separately) that I was not there for CPAP testing but rather a polysomnography diagnostic test and then wait each time for them to confirm that. After a few bumps in the road, they did a great job.
Initially, no one would tell me how much I was supposed to be paying for my overnight diagnostic study. They told me to wait a few days until their new system switches over. I called back and was told I would not need to pay anything. I knew this was wrong. Several calls later and days later I'm told it's over 1k and when I inquired if that would be the final bill, I was told yes and that I would not be paying for the service upfront but would be billed afterwards. Go somewhere else if you can. This is the most incompetent medical office I have ever dealt with. I am not sure I even want them to do my sleep study. I did this for both my mother and my aunt with differently facilities, and it was easy as pie. They have gone back and forth with my primary care doctor, I'm not kidding, four times and they still say they don't have the information necessary to see me.
