Tried to make an appointment and the lady is just heartless and unhelpful. I’ll go somewhere else.
My dad has COPD and use to "see"Allahm. I use "see" lightly b/c Allahm hasn't seen my dad in 3yrs with no follow up appt. The last appt, he basically had my dad in the grave. Dr Pruitt switched his meds and in 3 days, he already feels better. Pruitt listens and is genuinely concerned about you.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The biggest pain I’ve ever experienced. The staff is rude, and the doctor can’t be bothered with his own patients. Nothing like wasting your time completing PFTs to get reports that aren’t readable, and staff that can’t help you. Then, instead of being helpful, tell you they’re short staffed (so is the entire world), and it will be WEEKS to schedule a new appointment to follow up, even though they never did their job of scheduling one to begin with.
