Appointment on 6/10/26. MRI order was supposed to be sent to Sparrow. Order was never sent. 8 days later I call Memorial Heathcare. No answer. I left a voicemail stating MRI order never sent. I called the next day. No answer only voicemail. I left another message about the MRI order not being sent. No return call from either day. I call on Monday 6/22/26. They answered. MRI order was sent on 6/23/26. The MRI report completed on 6/30/26. As of today, I have not received a call to schedule an appointment for the results (which... read more

This office is unresponsive, they don't answer their phone. When I went in and I was given one prescription ( that I had to call my insurance company to approve ahead of time.) I was told there was a second one they could prescribe it took weeks to get ahold of someone to move forward with the second one and when I got frustrated with the process I was given other doctors I could go to. My doctor seems to wonderful but trying to reach her is a nightmare. She called with test results today and I called right back because I was actually on the phone with the office about a prescription when she called. I asked the person on the phone to please tell her what happened AND I called just to be sure. 30 second delay on my part. I was told they were running back to tell her right now. Then nothing. I was so hopeful for this office after being stuck in constant pain for 6 months. It has been very disappointing. The office staff has been rude on the phone, they don’t order what they say they have, and then we drove an hour and a half there for a procedure to be told they can’t do it because of a medication I’m on from a sinus infection, with no apology. No one told us ahead of time the prerequisites of the procedure or that the meds I couldn’t take in order to receive it. No sympathy for having to wait even longer. They ... read more
