I'm very sad to have to write a bad review about Dr. Cocks for about 2 years I really liked him, but in Jan 2025 I was admitted to Memorial with Osteomyelitis in my big toe. I did my follow up with Dr. Cocks and 6 weeks of IV antibiotics, I went to his office often for wound care of the toe which he gave me none he would look at it and say come back, the wound was covered in thick callus which my home nurse said that needed to come off to heal I would go to Dr Cocks he just kept saying I don't want to mess with that.. well m... read more

Never the best experience really and always a very long wait time even when you show up early or on time. I just got off the phone, though, with a Jennifer and she was very rude. I called asking about an appointment and she responded annoyed with when the appointment was, I said I didn’t receive any call reminder or anything that I missed the appointment and she didn’t say anything. Absolutely the one of the best urgent cares I have had to use. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Bishop is the best there is. Zero wait time. Left after having a shot and told how to proceed. .

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A HOSPITAL!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... DRIVING THAT EXTRA LITTLE BIT TO THE NEXT HOSPITAL MAY JUST SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!

Last night, after being sick for eight days, I went to the Urgent Care. It took approximately 2 hours to be seen, which is pretty normal for a pandemic. My temp was 103. I had taken a COVID test that was negative thru Rite Aid 5 days earlier, despite having been vaccinated and boostered. I received a second COVID test and a urinalysis. The physician examined me, indicated that he would prescribe doxycycline and prednisone and that they would send the scrips to Rite Aid. They did not. I called this morning when the... read more

Office help is deficient. They write wrong time for my test, then make me wait 40 before telling me the Dr has already left for the day. Then go to reschedule and make the next appt after the beginning of the year so that I have to pay the full amount for the test and visit. All I get is an "I'm sorry" which means nothing. If they were sorry they would help me because it's their fault the appt was messed up.
