RecommendedMy name is Jeff Getman, I recently spent a week in the hospital with a septic arthritic left knee. I wish I could remember every rn and patient care tech who took care of me. I can remember techs like Vivian, Kayla, Emily, and Lindsay. I can remember rn like Missy, Emily, , and Emily the rn. Especially want to thank them for their kindness and taking care of me. When you have an MS doctor who is given a paper to fill out about the disability and states they don't fell comfortable filling it out. What Dr Dardas just doubled the MS medication and knows all about the condition but refuses to help there patient by filling out the form needed filled out. Then Memorial Healthcare sticks up for DR Dardas in Auburn MI. Avoid them and any Doctor under them going to find a new MS doctor that cares! fell like years of wasted time with DR Dardas, Bad Service!
From my personal health issues back in 2018 to getting pregnant and having my son, Memorial has been fantastic. My son is now 2 months old and had to be tested for Covid as a precaution. I was having a hard time getting into contact with anyone about scheduling a test and the people at his pediatrician were so helpful and once we got to the hospital the staff there was awesome as well. My Memorial PCP referred me to physical therapy at a Memorial facility. They put me through 6 weeks of therapy and then let me know they don’t accept my insurance. Now they expect me to pay $6,400 out of pocket. They had my insurance card and should NOT have treated me if they didn’t accept my insurance! I have written letters and emails and made phone calls and nobody will make it right. I can’t even get someone to respond! I will never trust Memorial for my care ever again and neither should you!!

I want to thank the labor and delivery for taking care of my baby having her baby was very hard not to be there but things went well thank you again
went to ER with facial abcess , they wouldnt treat me if I didnt wear a mask over my wound. treated it at home with razor hydroperoxide and gauze. thanks for nothing!
