Yikes it's gotten bad there both me and my mother have to worry about meds being called into pharmacy Mary is always off busy or needing to sign off on meds to be sent knowing pharmacy runs out or needs to order them leaving us without life supporting meds. Receptionist is always bothered or just says anything to get us off phone definitely feels like it's quantity over quantity now

Some of the receptionist are kind of grumpy and snippy. I tried to call the doctor's office to ask my doctor Rachelle a question and the lady that answered the phone was snippy and kind of rude. Rachelle is an awesome and amazing and very thorough and very very compassionate and caring and she makes sure that she is being supportive and caring and kind and compassionate and I am really really really glad that she is my doctor.
