Some of the receptionist are kind of grumpy and snippy. I tried to call the doctor's office to ask my doctor Rachelle a question and the lady that answered the phone was snippy and kind of rude. Rachelle is an awesome and amazing and very thorough and very very compassionate and caring and she makes sure that she is being supportive and caring and kind and compassionate and I am really really really glad that she is my doctor.
For sure the B team as far as the doctors go the office staff sent my info to some other provider for treatment for an issue I didn't have
The practitioners are excellent, but the prescription refill problem continues. Perhaps the person who responds to these reviews could do more than just "look into it".
