I really wish I could give this place negative stars. The urgent care and the doctors office are horrible. Very unorganized and very incompetent. I went to get my sons shots for school and was told he has everything and then come to find out they don’t even have half the shots that he needs but were not going to tell me. They are such a scam for money. All the doctor wants to do is prescribe meds for anxiety. I got a blood test and my physical done and they charged me$1,400. It was all put of pocket because I didnt have insurance, started making 50 dollar payment and it was$1,300 something last time I payed. Just got a bill in the mail for $300 charge from the same day and they wont even charge my current health insurance. They only take medicaid.
tl;dr: this urgent care suuuuuucks. The last time I went to an urgent care was a decade ago when I got sick enough with the flu that I needed a prescription to control my coughing so I could sleep. Fast forward to now and that’s what I was hoping for, as I’ve been dealing with a similar situation. I've had multiple experiences where things happen that SHOULDN'T happen. Emailed my doctor on patient portal 5 days ago and nothing yet. Also overdose me on my ozempic, told me i could take a higher dose even after I questioned it because I wasn't on it for almost two months.
