Overall bad experience. First vist was bad with rude receptionist (Carla). Second visit waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room with a one year old. Then when back in the room medical assistant came in-she was nice and did well. But then she said the Dr was running behind. After an hour of waiting we decided to leave. Overall atmosphere is outdated and not welcoming at all.

Put on a long waiting list very sick. Begged for a sooner anppointment they said no way. Can’t be put on a cancellation list either. Had been to numerous urgent care facilities this summer. I asked for a reminder call/ text—please— they said yes we do that. Never got one. My son started school the day I was supposed to have an appointment and his bus was very late so I missed my appointment. My family has been seeing Marcus for the past 2 years. He is absolutely wonderful, listens to your concerns and does not blow them off or make you feel unknowledgeable. Over the last 2 years of experience I’ve noticed it’s usually very hard to get on his schedule so you have to see someone else. I haven’t had a single issue with their office, but this past week changed that and was enough to change my thoughts about the office. Never going back there went there because I almost cut my finger off I had to wash my own finger they didn't check for tendon damage all they did was x-ray put stitches in and sent me back to work .now I might lose my finger because I severed the tendon can't move it
