Have been here 2x to have liquid nitrogen treatment on skin tags. As you can expect this is a somewhat uncomfortable process. However, though I was literally sweating through my clothes while nervously waiting to have several skin tags removed, Dr. Zoe and her assistant did an amazing job. They were both very professional, nice, and accommodating to my pain levels. Which I am no tough guy so I was not looking forward to this. Hello? Anybody there? I’ve called multiple times earlier in the day no one ever picked up….so I called later on.. they did pick up and put me on hold until they were closed and never picked up. All I was trying to do was make an appointment. Last experience I had there was terrible customer service.. their review ratings show it. Terrible.
Very poor communication between staff members. I have a complicated situation where my dermatologist is trying to figure out my issue and needs to see me as soon as it becomes a problem. I was advised at 2 separate appointments by my dermatologist, Zoey to stop by the office the day it flares so she can look at it. They kept saying YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT!! Id give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost
I do not recommend this office. I made an appointment 9 months ago (October of 2021) and was told the "soonest" they could see me was today, July 20th, 2022. I got a text Sunday night to confirm the appointment, which I confirmed and showed up this morning. I was told the doctor was on vacation and he could not see me. I asked why I was not notified and they said they had been calling patients for two weeks.
