Very poor communication between staff members. I have a complicated situation where my dermatologist is trying to figure out my issue and needs to see me as soon as it becomes a problem. I was advised at 2 separate appointments by my dermatologist, Zoey to stop by the office the day it flares so she can look at it. They kept saying YOU DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT!! Id give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost
I do not recommend this office. I made an appointment 9 months ago (October of 2021) and was told the "soonest" they could see me was today, July 20th, 2022. I got a text Sunday night to confirm the appointment, which I confirmed and showed up this morning. I was told the doctor was on vacation and he could not see me. I asked why I was not notified and they said they had been calling patients for two weeks. Do not recommend this office. Been taking my daughter for months and every month they mess up her Ipledge and have to wait another month and another month and another month. Just a waste of money and time. Staff never knew why I was there and asked about how meds were going that she never was prescribed. I have never made a google review that’s how terrible this experience has been.
My son came here for an appointment. We really enjoyed Dr. Nasir and his office staff.
