Worst receptionist. Not once but multiple times. Very rude to patients. Was turned away this morning for not having my id on myself even though I was seen three times last week.

My experience here was a good one. All the Staff from the desk to the Doctor were helpful, professional and friendly. Doctor Elbanna made me feel at ease and throughly explained my options for issue I was having.

I fractured my clavicle and ended up seeing a PA, named Mike Smith. He said I didn't need surgery based upon the x rays but talked about getting it done anyway. He did not tell me how many weeks it would take to heal and he wanted me to come back a week later. I felt like he was more pushing for surgery than anything else. Poor bedside manners, lack of compassion, asked me no questions, so I am not meeting with him anymore and scheduled an appointment with The surgeon Dr Schmidt instead. Wonderful experience. Tarah K. ,PA was exceptional! She was very professional, she was so genuinely caring and compassionate. She explained my injury in detail as well as clear and concise instructions on how to care for my injury. She gave me confidence in my complete recovery. Great to have such an exceptional experience 👏. Thank you Tarah and staff.
