The nurse practitioner doesn't listen at all! She orders unnecessary tests, demands them be done despite you not wanting/needing them. They claim they verify coverage only for you to get hit with a huge bill because "oops I guess they don't cover it ". No one will return calls no matter how many times you call. If you want fast, adequate care I would not recommend going here. To add on to it, the receptionists are not welcoming, polite or caring by any means. This is a cancer center!!
