I dealt with dr hooper and she was very intimidating and accusatory with my illness I don’t trust her that’s why I fired her and I warn other people about her. She was not transparent with me when she asked me to wait in the waiting room, I went to the receptionist to ask her why am I waiting she told me to sit down and wait I didn’t I left. Dr. Rungta is very unprofessional. He kept asking me if I do substances, which I never have and they could have checked my labs (I gave blood and urine tests). I seen him twice when I was there, and he asked me that at least 4 times. After I got home yesterday, it shows on my paperwork that I have a past history of substance abuse, which isn’t true. AVOID GOING HERE THE STAFF COMPLETELY SCREW U OUT OF AN APPOINTMENT WHEN THEY KNOW DARN WELL YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT STAFF IS RUDE AND NEED AN ATTITUDE READJUST BUT THANKS FOR SCREWING ME OUT OF AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS MADE BACK IN OCTOBER WORTHLESS PSYCHIATRIST OFFICE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely love Dr. Al Saidi and the entire staff. I have been seeing Dr. Al Saidi for over 20 years. He has saved my life many times. He is family to me. I will follow him wherever he goes. All the staff, especially Joey, knows all about my kids and family and always inquire about them. It is a real joy going in for appointments. Great, caring people!!!
